BUSINESS ADMINISTRATOR

Parttime (24-32 hours/week) - Amsterdam

In the position of Business Administrator, you will work closely with the finance, operations and credit control departments, supporting in the completeness, accuracy and precision of the entire administrative process of the company. This position will report to the Business Controller and collaborate closely with various departments, foreign offices and accountants across Europe.

Main responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day administrative activities.
  • Manage internal approval process of accounts payable.
  • Control general ledger
  • Follow up various matters with our accountants

 

About you

  • Affinity with finance and administration
  • You have a bachelor's/master's degree, preferably in business or administration or you are currently in such study
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • You are organized and methodical, committed to providing quality service, producing high quality outputs and meeting deadlines
  • You are able to work independently
  • You are an excellent communicator and negotiator in Dutch and English
